Common questions
+Is DDP legal?
Yes — when goods are properly declared and duties are actually paid. What's NOT okay (and common in this industry) is under-declaring values to fake low prices. We declare properly; our quotes are competitive because of volume, not fraud.
+Who pays the duties and taxes?
We do, upfront — and you reimburse nothing. That's the whole point of DDP: duties, VAT and customs fees are all inside your quote, so nothing is waiting for you at destination.
+Is there a minimum shipment for DDP?
No. DDP works from a single carton (about 21 kg) to full containers. Small shipments move via our DDP air and express lines; bigger volumes go DDP sea — the reference rates above show both.
+DDP or FOB — which should I choose?
If you want zero paperwork and one responsible partner, choose DDP. If you already have a customs broker or freight contract at destination, FOB gives you more control at the cost of more moving parts. Ask us to quote both side by side.
+What products can't ship DDP?
Regulated goods (batteries in bulk, food, cosmetics, medical devices) need special handling — some we can do with extra documents, some we'll honestly tell you to ship another way.
+Why is your DDP price higher than someone else's?
Sometimes it means they're counting on under-declaration, which risks seizure and penalties for YOU as the importer. Our price is the real one. Ask us for the full breakdown anytime.
